The UEFA Europa League semi-final second leg between SC Freiburg and Braga became the most significant home match in the club's history. It was an evening where every supporter inside the stadium witnessed history being made, carried by an electrifying atmosphere that transformed the stadium into something truly unforgettable.
As both a lifelong SC Freiburg supporter and photographer, I brought only a small pocket camera with me to document the occasion. Rather than just focusing on the action on the pitch, I was interested in the emotions that surrounded it. The anticipation before kick-off, the tension throughout the match, and the celebrations that followed.
